A clear description and fast delivery are much appreciated. However, the explanations on how to get started, and in particular how to connect the probe to the smartphone, are still too brief. After 2 days of exercise, I'm satisfied with my purchase....to see how effective it is in a few weeks.

Quite disappointing, the Bluetooth disconnects very often even though my phone is right next to it. For the price, the device could come with a power socket and a small pouch for storing your equipment.

The device seems large and heavy to me. I would like to know my evolution. That is to say what the state of my pelvic floor was when I started using it and then be able to see the progress. I thought it would work like this. I used it for two months and then lost motivation. It is not easy to be consistent with pelvic floor exercises.

The progression indicates if you are doing the exercises well, you will see an evolution of your indicators, and especially an improvement in symptoms. Disappointed with the probe, I thought that during the mini games (for a fee!!) it was really the fact of releasing or contracting the perineum that allowed you to play, but the game doesn't work at all on its own (so it's impossible to know if you're really working the perineum).

The order went through real quick but I didn't get a receipt or anything. So I wrote to the service and they checked it - that was really nice. But delivery got delayed none the less and they only said - sorry. I had expected a bit more than that cause without complaint I would still be without product. But the product ist really great so the purchase was still worth it. :)
