Nothing to criticize except perhaps an explanation of how to open the box the first time, as I first tried to pull on the 2 parts of the box before attempting to "unscrew".

Quite disappointing, the Bluetooth disconnects very often even though my phone is right next to it. For the price, the device could come with a power socket and a small pouch for storing your equipment.

Fantastic service: the order was prepared on the day of ordering, delivery took 2 days. Superb after-sales service too. I had made a mistake in the payment of the order and was refunded the excess within a few hours. And, most importantly: the Emy probe is super useful (I can already feel a difference), after a week of daily use.

Thanks for your comment! Access to all the features of the mobile app is included in the price of the probe and is valid for life, so you won't have to pay anything extra if you own the probe. All you have to do is connect the probe to the app once to access all the content and training programs.
