I find the method very motivating and you can quickly see how effective it is, thanks to the app. The exercises are fun and, above all, you can see if you're applying the right pressure when you contract your perineum. I used to have another device on prescription, but it was less effective and a bit "boring". Thanks to the app's exercises, you can't see how much time has passed. I recommend this device and the method😀
