However, the high noise level, the complicated cleaning, the early defect of a motor, and the lengthy handling through customer service significantly tarnish the overall impression. Therefore, I can only recommend it with reservations. Detailed review: I have been using the milk pump for a few weeks now and have had both positive and negative experiences. The good suction strength, the pleasant size, and the easy operation of the pump are particularly noteworthy. The controls are self-explanatory and straightforward, so you quickly find your way around. Furthermore, the pump has three different modes that can be used well depending on the need. The milk extraction works reliably, and the pump sits comfortably. I also find the battery life to be good and sufficient for everyday use. The collection container is thoughtfully designed. I particularly like that hardly any milk spills when bending over. There is only a small opening at the top for air supply, while the milk is poured out through a separate, sealable opening on the side. This makes handling significantly more pleasant than with some competing products. I was less convinced by the noise level. Compared to my Medela pump, this model is noticeably louder. Fortunately, my baby is not disturbed by it, and you get used to it over time. I also find it unfortunate that the pump cannot stand on its own. Contrary to the advertising, I do not find the cleaning particularly easy. The individual components are partly designed in such a way that certain areas are difficult to reach. Especially milk pumps need to be thoroughly cleaned, which I find cumbersome in everyday life. In some places, even with a cleaning brush, it is difficult or impossible to reach properly. However, the biggest criticism concerns durability and customer service. After just two weeks of use, one of the motors was defective. Although customer service was always friendly, they initially assumed that the pump had been damaged by moisture. Even though I explained multiple times that this was not the case, I had to send the pump in for technical inspection first. As a result, I was without a functioning pump for over three weeks. Since I exclusively pump, this had a significant impact on my milk flow. Only after several emails and a longer discussion was I sent a replacement motor. In my view, this should have been sent much earlier and without the lengthy inspection process. I also found the communication regarding the warranty somewhat disappointing. The sending of the replacement motor was initially presented as a goodwill gesture, even though, in my opinion, a defect after such a short time clearly constitutes a warranty case. Until a satisfactory solution was found, several more emails were necessary. I also find the spare parts policy disappointing. I would have liked to buy just an additional collection container to only have to switch the motor between the containers in everyday life. Unfortunately, the needed parts are not offered individually. Instead, a complete spare parts set must be purchased, the price of which is almost equivalent to that of the entire pump. I find that unnecessarily expensive and not very customer-friendly. Overall, the pump has some good approaches and practical features. Due to the early defect, the long downtime, the cumbersome cleaning, and the improvable service handling, I would probably choose a different manufacturer today.

The app and instructions are great, unfortunately the device is uncomfortably large. Not usable for me.

This breast pump hurt me, I tried different sizes of nipples but it was always uncomfortable for me, which is a shame because it is very light and quiet. It is easy to assemble and disassemble and especially to wash. The return tracking was very correct but I had to pay for the recommended shipping of the package, so over 14 euros to return it. Quick and hassle-free refund.

Visually overloaded universes requiring appropriation; too heavy for a neuroatypical woman (ADHD) in postpartum. I was able to see with my midwife that the effort of concentrating on visual goals drained my focus so much that I contracted much less effectively. With her device, she then suggested something streamlined that allowed me to stay focused on contracting the perineum and not on the images.

The shopping experience on the Fizimed site itself was problem-free, but the delivery by DPD was very unreliable. The package was not left at the agreed drop-off location and the service from DPD is totally poor or non-existent. There is no personal phone contact, everything is computer-generated. Another, more reliable delivery service like DHL would have spared me some problems.

I cannot assess whether Emy brings an improvement after just a few days. However, I have the impression that the device often does not connect. Therefore, only 3 stars.

Interesting, I wasn't aware of the lack of tone in my perineum. So I'm working on it for 10 minutes every day and I'll see the difference in a month.

For now I am having difficulty inserting the probe... it hurts a lot... it's not very motivating... I'll see how it goes...

No feedback yet as it has still not been delivered. Ordered on June 10 and still nothing received. Delivery selection made on Tuesday and tells me it will be Wednesday, really hoping to have it as the indicated deadlines are not being met.

Effective breast pump. Small hiccup at delivery, but responsive customer service. I just regret the location of the charging port which is under the unit and prevents using the breast pump on mains power in case of an interruption during pumping. Additionally, the battery charge indication is very rudimentary so you never really know where the battery stands. This was a first purchase, it allowed me to clarify what I really look for in a breast pump.

I think the probe is too large for me, I will see my doctor and keep you informed.

Repetitive message, no greeting, no answer to the problem

I'm happy to finally be hands-free but I find it hard to clean, it dries slowly and I pump much less milk than with my hospital pump.

I think the probe is a little too big. I have to use a lubricant, I try to dose it well. The problem is that it's difficult to insert and once in place, it comes out when I do my exercises.

Hello, I used to work regularly with the few exercises available without the probe and the results were noticeable but not sufficient so I bought the probe and the results are much worse! Why do you ask?

I had to place my order several times before I was satisfied. Customer service was not very helpful. I don't know why it wasn't working. I would have liked to have had more enlightening answers, but in the end everything went back to normal and I was able to finalize my order after the 4th attempt.

No review for the product as it has not yet been installed, but on the reception side I was expecting a nice little note along with the probe. Nothing, just the probe and the instructions! I would have liked to have received a friendly wink in the packaging or in the mail.

You can tell right away that this is a serious product, and the case is very practical. It's easy to use. In addition to the classic games, I would have liked to see the visualization exercises that the sache femme teaches us to do. I'm well aware that the probe can't measure the tone of each perineal muscle independently, but in terms of support and motivation, it would have been beneficial to have this thread running through it, which allows for a more detailed re-education.

The probe is not sensitive enough, and its calibration leaves a lot to be desired. You mustn't contract the perineum when the probe is calibrated, otherwise the exercises become unfeasible, and you won't be able to do any of them. Compared to exercises with a physiotherapist, there's nothing to compare. With a physiotherapist, the probe is hyper-sensitive and detects all contractions as well as their intensity. With the Emy probe, this is far from being the case.

Damages for postage and customs clearance

I haven't had enough time to give an opinion on the results yet. However, if I use lubricant, the probe moves too much (even springs back) and the exercises are ineffective.

I'm testing the product I bought, it doesn't seem to work well, but I want to be sure before I make my opinion official.
