I had a problem with my probe which was still under warranty, after contacting customer service who responded very quickly to my request, I sent my probe back for repair, and it was very quick. If you have a problem, don't hesitate, the team is top notch!

Well presented product ( elegant packaging :) ) Easy to use, with a simple apple store application. The probe is well designed and makes self-education much easier. Fantastic service: the order was prepared on the day of ordering, delivery took 2 days. Superb after-sales service too. I had made a mistake in the payment of the order and was refunded the excess within a few hours. And, most importantly: the Emy probe is super useful (I can already feel a difference), after a week of daily use.

Quick delivery. Super app and probe. I was expecting a lot from this equipment given the good comments I read before buying it and the price, which hurts a bit, but it's worth it and I'm not disappointed.
