Allows for high-quality, comprehensive work in a fun way. Very good progress visualization. Difficult, however, to situate oneself in relation to a standard and to know what the margin for progress is. A very interesting and effective tool if you have prior knowledge of perineal rehabilitation and the various compensations to be avoided.

Thanks for your comment! As far as comparing yourself to a standard is concerned, it's irrelevant to your progress. Like the abdominal muscles, it's not possible to compare yourself to a standard. The perineum is a set of muscles that must be sufficiently toned to play its role correctly, but as a strong perineum is not necessarily an effective perineum and vice versa, the absence of symptoms is the best indicator to take into account.
