The flowers were beautiful, but they were not what I had asked for. I had asked for gerberas and in fact the florist put sunflowers. I had asked for coloured flowers and they were rather dark.

A transparent packaging to protect the flowers from frost would have been desirable. Lack of presentation

We are sorry that the presentation of our florist did not suit you, however the cuts of plants are often presented without packaging to allow a longer life to the plants that risk to dry out with the cello packaging.
