I brought my armband in a year ago to be mended, was not told I would only be able to pick it up from the shop so was only able to collect it a year later when I was in Paris again despite telephone requests to send it. I live in Amsterdam

I am sorry but unfortunately the beautiful earring bought lasted 24 hours... since it has no clasp or other small protection, I lost it on the first night... and I am very sorry :-(

I dropped off 2 bracelets for repair in March because the thread had broken. One of the bracelets was old, the other dated from Christmas and had broken in 2 months. It was only when I came to pick up the repaired bracelets that I was informed of the repair cost! I was never informed of the amount I would have to pay. Moreover, you also wanted to charge me for the repair of the jewelry which was under warranty and had not suffered any shock or damage (the link of the bracelet just broke while putting it on). I am really very disappointed with the customer service, I completely understand that a repair may be chargeable, I have no problem with that, but the least you can do is announce it in the store before the repair, as required by law.

Poorly designed bracelet: second loop too loose, neglected finish. In the store at Flibustier Paris: no advice, no sense of service, icy welcome. No solution offered. It's up to the customer to manage... and to pay more for less silverware. I should have trusted the negative reviews on Google. I left with an unsuitable product. Experience to avoid.

Order placed for Valentine's Day two rings one for life and death half of my order has arrived and so Valentine's Day is partly missed because of this moreover there is a problem with one of the rings it arrived a bit scratched I am told that there can be an exchange if I pay for its polishing really disappointed with this order yet I buy every year at Hellfest since they have been there I think it was the last time.

Very disappointed, broken bracelet I was able to return it but no response from them, I called 2 weeks later and was told they hadn't received anything, that it was certainly my fault, wrong address or something else and a few minutes later they found the package then radio silence for several weeks. You always have to chase them. Selling and buying is no problem, but customer service is 0! I will not return.

I ordered a bracelet with black beads, the only color that the person I wanted to give it to appreciated. I ended up with a bracelet with khaki and brown beads, so I contacted customer service who replied that it was normal, that it depends on the arrival of the bead colors. I would have preferred to be warned before ordering.

I am not satisfied because I wanted to return my purchase. The return service phone number does not work, when I call the store I am told to call the return service, I explain that this has already been done and that there is no answer. The person in the store tells me in a not very friendly tone "oh well I just had them on the line". So I end up sending an email to the return service, it has now been 15 days since I have been waiting for a response. Not very serious ...

I did not receive the correct item. I was able to easily exchange with customer service. I was refunded, but not the return fees, even though it was not my fault...

I have already bought among other things a chain with a skull scraper and this Hamlet pendant does not fit on the chain (hole too small), it should be compatible! Disappointed for the price.

The purchase went very well. The order was shipped very quickly. The products are of very nice quality. I had to return a product because the size did not fit. The return procedure is not very clear, the costs are at my expense and there is not really any tracking (except for that of the carrier). I still have not been informed of its receipt even though it has been delivered. No refund for the moment. I would have liked to give 5 stars because I fell in love with the shop but I think the return system needs to be reviewed (prepaid label, better tracking)

The bracelet is really very pretty (but it's a shame that a limited edition of 89 copies does not come with a numbered certificate of authenticity)

Hello, I ordered a limited edition Mad Hatter ring. The package arrived at the pickup point with only 5 days to collect it. That's a bit tight. Fortunately, the pickup point agreed to keep it for one more day. The ring disappointed me a bit; I thought there would be a greater contrast between the polished top and the rougher edges. I would have liked darker/black edges.

The order was not correct, I had to call back several times because no one was able to handle the problem. The AI on the site rejected my request with an incomprehensible reason. In short, nothing went right with this order, I am waiting for the refund.
