Although my order was "lost" just an email and very quickly contacted to repair the error, but too bad for a 1st order. It can happen... Person reactive on the phone and a little gift of apology, it's a pleasure! Jewelry meets my expectations, being forced to remove them every day I'm waiting to see the lifespan of the clasp with "ficelles", maybe the size, 1 cm less would have fit me better I think! But satisfied

Hello, this stingray model required a little more preparation time because we had a problem with the last stingray thread that was intended for you. Most of our orders are made on demand and there may be delays in deliveries as specified in the GTCS. The delivery itself took 2 days, which is quite normal. We took the time to look around and the other two orders we placed were delivered on time each time. We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that we do not make deliveries ourselves.

Friday delivery unsuccessful, so I changed to a relay point delivery to make things easier for DPD and hope to have the product the next day but 1 day is what they needed to only notify me that they had indeed changed the delivery method...

The item I had initially chosen, on special offer at around €150, surprisingly went back to its original price (€250) when I entered the coupon code. I had to fall back on another, less expensive item, but one that was disappointingly crude (the size of the stones was not specified in the description), too large and unattractive for me. I don't even want to bother returning it.

Hello, Some promotions are not compatible with gift cards. This is probably what happened here. The easiest way in these cases is to contact us by email or phone. The size of the stones is specified on each card in the description section. If the bracelet doesn't suit you, you can send it back to us for an exchange.
