no worries about navigating the site, it's fluid, the only downside I encountered was in indicating the size of the ring, it took me a while to find the comment box"regarding delivery RAS order placed on sunday, received on wednesday. the quality is spot on, I'll be recommending it for sure.

I bought a gift card for a friend. The process itself is very simple and she was very happy. One small drawback: the site automatically appeared to me in dollars, impossible to change on the day of purchase and I only realized afterwards that there was the symbol "€", in small and dark gray on a black background, at the top left of the screen. It would have been nice to have it more prominently displayed :)

The parcel I received was exactly as ordered. The only problem was with the delivery. The parcel was left in another letterbox, in another area, even though the indications were correct. We got the parcel back after two days because the person who found it was very honest! The complaints department contacted us to explain the situation.

Hello, unfortunately the current situation and the health crisis are having a major impact on transport. Delivery exceptions may occur and parcels may have to be dropped off with neighbors to avoid overloading the sorting centers. We have contacted our logistics department to lodge a complaint with the carrier.
