Delivery is a Null. Following an error in my address my package was sent back to flibustier and they ask me to pay the shipping costs again. For an order of more than 150€ I find it lamentable and unmerchantable!

Hello Mr Lagier, We're sorry to hear about this inconvenience. We have a free delivery system, but when you placed your first order you chose home delivery, which is subject to a charge.
An addressing error prevented the post office from delivering your parcel, but we are not responsible for either the addressing error or for the fact that the post office did not get back to you. We make absolutely no margin on deliveries and unfortunately we have to pay for a new delivery each time we send you a parcel, and it is impossible to get a refund for the previous one. We therefore offered you the option of paying for a relay point delivery, but this apparently didn't satisfy you. We are therefore at an impasse because you feel that it is up to us to pay for home delivery, which was not originally a free service, and for a mistake that we did not make. Best regards,

Unfortunately, like you, we are dependent on delivery companies. On our side, the package was handed over to the carrier on time and you should have received your gift on time. We do everything in our power to ensure that parcels arrive on time, but we cannot be held responsible for carrier delivery failures.
