Hello, unfortunately we are not transporters and we have no control over the transport of packages. For your information, you can always refuse a damaged parcel. By accepting the parcel, we can no longer have any recourse against our carrier or make a new shipment. Our customer service will contact you to compensate for this inconvenience beyond our control.
