Impeccable packaging and fast shipment despite the holiday season. However, despite requesting a change of address for shipment and a phone call from YOUR services to confirm, the product was not sent to the correct address! This explains the 4 stars...

A pearl from another stone had slipped into my bracelet. The bracelet had to be sent back and waited for again. A complete check of the product could perhaps have avoided this. The boutique did, however, deal with it very quickly, with a nice little gift as a gesture of goodwill and a little note of apology.
