What I find unfortunate is that I needed to exchange the size of the bracelet. So I had to pay the return postage, unfortunately when I ordered the bracelet it was on special offer, so I had to pay the difference and again the postage. Perhaps the exchanges/returns should be reviewed.

What a disappointment. We've known this brand for years (since the first boutique), but it's getting worse and worse. Ordered on February 6 for Valentine's Day, no news on February 14. Finally, after a reminder, the product is only available in the boutique and they refuse to send it to us !!!! What a disappointment. Deaf and unresponsive customer service, no solution offered... Long gone are the days when this brand took customer satisfaction to heart. Farewell for our part.

We've gone back over all the exchanges and here's what came up: - We tried to contact you by phone and e-mail to sort out your repair as quickly as possible without any response from you. - As soon as we finally got it back, we gave you priority, even though the delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks. We received your bracelet on January 12, although you wanted it by January 17. - It was an old model, and the workshop wanted to check with you that it wasn't a personalized bracelet and reassemble it as it was, but there seemed to be some resistance to providing us with answers. - Finally, you asked us to cancel your son's gift, which we did immediately. I understand his disappointment, but all we did was carry out your request.

Very good! On a negative note, the bracelet we received turned out to be too big. We sent it back asking for an exchange (we paid for our own return, which is normal). In the end, they refunded us and we had to recommend it, paying back the shipping costs. In this case, why put a small piece of paper inside the parcel indicating that you can exchange it or refund it, as you wish?
