Easy to access site, simple to order. I had to return the bracelet because it was too big. The only downside is that we have to pay for the return postage (8€ to be insured by colissimo). I'd also have liked a refund rather than a credit note, as I had a coupon to use and the 2 couldn't be combined.

Very good, but I had to go back to the website because the order was late and I hadn't heard anything. On the other hand, the phone call back was very quick, as was the proposed solution, and the young woman was very pleasant and very professional.

Product purchased via the site, completely complies with the description, quality, presentation pouch and even respect for the little additional note!!! Impeccable packaging and fast shipment despite the holiday season. However, despite requesting a change of address for shipment and a phone call from YOUR services to confirm, the product was not sent to the correct address! This explains the 4 stars...

A pearl from another stone had slipped into my bracelet. The bracelet had to be sent back and waited for again. A complete check of the product could perhaps have avoided this. The boutique did, however, deal with it very quickly, with a nice little gift as a gesture of goodwill and a little note of apology.
