We received your bracelet on January 12, although you wanted it by January 17. - It was an old model, and the workshop wanted to check with you that it wasn't a personalized bracelet and reassemble it as it was, but there seemed to be some resistance to providing us with answers. - Finally, you asked us to cancel your son's gift, which we did immediately. I understand his disappointment, but all we did was carry out your request.
