Navigation on the site nikelle. Product received: nikel. Delivery: a little long the waiting but especially not top packaging for a jewel. Result: coli easily opened by snatching, fortunately I didn't like it.
It would be better to make packages less tempting to open, it's still jewelry so it has more chance of being "visited".

In fact my ring is too small I'll have to change it !!!! The site is great but on the other hand ....( don't ask questions if you have a problem when ordering... no one answers you and you're on your own ... I even had to order my Skull rosary as a guest as I couldn't access my account that day and I lost my points because of that, but I still have the necklace! That's all

The parcel I received was exactly as ordered. The only problem was with the delivery. The parcel was left in another letterbox, in another area, even though the indications were correct. We got the parcel back after two days because the person who found it was very honest! The complaints department contacted us to explain the situation.

Hello, unfortunately the current situation and the health crisis are having a major impact on transport. Delivery exceptions may occur and parcels may have to be dropped off with neighbors to avoid overloading the sorting centers. We have contacted our logistics department to lodge a complaint with the carrier.
