The parcel I received was exactly as ordered. The only problem was with the delivery. The parcel was left in another letterbox, in another area, even though the indications were correct. We got the parcel back after two days because the person who found it was very honest! The complaints department contacted us to explain the situation.

Hello, unfortunately the current situation and the health crisis are having a major impact on transport. Delivery exceptions may occur and parcels may have to be dropped off with neighbors to avoid overloading the sorting centers. We have contacted our logistics department to lodge a complaint with the carrier.
