Hello, all our description sheets contain a details tab which specifies the size of the stones as well as the complete composition of the jewel. If you would like to change your 6mm stone bracelet for an 8mm bracelet, please contact our customer service department.

I was not informed of the arrival of the parcel...It was returned to you within a day! It was a recommnde following a size error. I had made my first purchase last year, and was satisfied with it. We thought we'd get wedding rings from you, but considering the follow-up and the sizes (which differ from one product to another), I'm skeptical about the future... Too bad!

Hello, unfortunately the emails informing customers of the availability of their parcel in a relay point are generated by the carriers and it is possible that they arrive in spam or are blocked by the servers. The parcel has been delivered in time by our services. Once it has been handed over to the carrier, we are as dependent on their service as you are. Everything went well. Just a comment on the delivery time for the return with Mondial Relay. The parcel was dropped off on Tuesday at Mondial Relay, but on Saturday it was dropped off at the Relais near my home...

The products are of high quality. The photos don't really show them off.
A problem with relay delivery: every time I place an order, I have to wait more than a week to get them. Even if this is not Flibustier's fault, it's still worth mentioning. Wonderful site, to be recommended.
