For a 180€ purchase, it would be nice to include a gift such as a tote bag or other item, which is what you used to do, but now nothing at all - your new order tracking system is very poor.

I'm satisfied but not entirely... because the parcel was conform but I had left an engraved word and this word was not there when the parcel was opened. Too bad... otherwise very good bracelet

It's good quality stuff, it really looks good, and the jewels are "racy" . But the price-quality ratio is a bit too much, I think.
5 stars is a worthy rating, but the value for money makes me recommend 4 stars.

clear and detailed site, friendly and helpful staff, i thank them again for having shipped my order as soon as possible to receive it in time for valentine's day. the only small regret is not being able to choose precisely the bracelet you want, i explain each stone has its particularity in terms of "marbling" and for example the bracelet i just ordered has only a few compared to the photo on the site. good continuation to you.

I've always loved your products. This isn't the first one I've ordered (Sunda).
However, be careful with the delivery. The adhesive tape on my parcel was all unstuck, so much so that I could easily grab the case of my bracelet. Receiving an open parcel is not very nice, especially when you pay the price.... Apart from that, don't change a thing!
