A 100% successful experience: easy navigation, clear prices, existing promotions and varieties. I had to exchange my purchase due to a size issue, everything went smoothly, a small technical note: the return tracking page looks bad in dark mode on the phone, but it's just a visual issue. Even though I had problems receiving the promo code because my inbox poorly filtered received messages, I exchanged emails with customer service and received clear and pleasant responses, everything is done by the team to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
