I may have missed this information on your site, but I thought that jewellers usually sent back the excess pearls removed when resizing. So I was expecting to receive the pearls removed from my bracelet in my parcel. But apart from that, the quality of your products and online service is impeccable.

Hello, this can be the case on a repair but in case of size change we usually put back in stock and send a new bracelet with the size.
