I ordered a ring to give as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, DHL Express delivered the package 3 days late, after the birthday date. Very good reception from Fanny on the phone as well as at the very beautiful store, refund easily proposed (without the 25 euros shipping). I made an exchange for myself. In summary, DHL Express... to forget!!!

the assembly on silicone link is not hidden and on the contrary, it is acknowledged. We have been making bracelets for 15 years now and we can assure you that the silicone link we have selected is the most durable for assembling bracelets. Steel wires get eaten away by the stones and end up rusting. Chains do not fit into the stones and nylon wires eventually crack. With a little attention and care, we assure you that your bracelets will last for years.
