Missing jne etoile car. The delivery was announced before the order was ready. And one of the items was out of stock. So disappointment, system to be corrected. On the other hand, your staff reacted when I was surprised to see no progress on my delivery and we found an arrangement to meet the deadline. We changed the model, my account was credited with a credit note and all was well. The system therefore needs to be corrected, especially as the warranty card contains the name of the original bracelet ordered instead of the one finally taken. But overall, thank you very much and pleasant exchanges with your teams.
