Jewelry, site and sales service at the top nothing to complain about but for zero delivery much too long. And it's not a question of the spring offer or anything else because flibustiers does what it takes. But on 2 occasions the delivery was long because of the delivery service. It would be a good idea to use another delivery system before losing customers because of this, which would be a shame!

I was not informed of the arrival of the parcel...It was returned to you within a day! It was a recommnde following a size error. I had made my first purchase last year, and was satisfied with it. We thought we'd get wedding rings from you, but considering the follow-up and the sizes (which differ from one product to another), I'm skeptical about the future... Too bad!

Hello, unfortunately the emails informing customers of the availability of their parcel in a relay point are generated by the carriers and it is possible that they arrive in spam or are blocked by the servers. The parcel has been delivered in time by our services. Once it has been handed over to the carrier, we are as dependent on their service as you are.
