The site is very well designed, you don't get lost and quickly find the information you need. However, there was a bug when I placed my first order: it was cancelled without explanation (fortunately I wasn't charged) but I didn't receive my order in time (by the time I realized it hadn't been validated).
Conclusion: downside on the first order that was not validated
