Note: even your parcels look good, but I'm afraid that one day they'll attract the attention of malendrins for pirate-style opening, if I can put it that way. Very good site navigation, but delivery is not up to scratch. No SMS sent, no email confirming delivery time. And the parcel was thrown in my garden because I was absent. Considering the value of the package, I don't find this very serious.

Beautifully made product delivered. Unfortunately, not the right size, as the procedure for measuring without a baguier was not exact... On the other hand, the person in charge of the return was very professional. So, generally speaking, I'm satisfied with my experience. I'm now waiting for the final ring, corresponding to my finger circumference measured with the ring gauge I received.

I may have missed this information on your site, but I thought that jewellers usually sent back the excess pearls removed when resizing. So I was expecting to receive the pearls removed from my bracelet in my parcel. But apart from that, the quality of your products and online service is impeccable.

Hello, this can be the case on a repair but in case of size change we usually put back in stock and send a new bracelet with the size.
