I've always loved your products. This isn't the first one I've ordered (Sunda).
However, be careful with the delivery. The adhesive tape on my parcel was all unstuck, so much so that I could easily grab the case of my bracelet. Receiving an open parcel is not very nice, especially when you pay the price.... Apart from that, don't change a thing!

The repair service was very correct but the delivery service was too long, especially when the relay point proposed by the site was in fact a closed store and so I had to reselect another relay point to finally have a place for delivery.

I measured my wrist before ordering, but the bracelet is a bit big... I don't know what I'm going to do yet, send it back for an exchange or find a local shop to remove two/three pearls, as the return postage will be very expensive. What's more, you haven't solved the problem of customs fees, which add terribly to the price of jewelry, especially for the Swiss, and greatly reduce the number and frequency of orders.

Hello, concerning prices for Switzerland, you do have to pay customs fees which are linked to the payment of your local VAT. In exchange, you order on the site at prices exclusive of tax and therefore 20% cheaper than our customers in France. Unfortunately, customs regulations are beyond our control and we cannot change them. Concerning bracelet size, it's not always possible to adjust them perfectly, and the sizes cover most wrists, but an L bracelet won't fit the same way on an 18 or a 19 wrist. That's why we have a customization service that lets you order the exact size you want.

There's nothing to complain about on the site except that you can't see the back of the tee shirts, which is a shame, and secondly, I discovered that since I had to return an item, I had to pay for the return by post! No bar-coded return label for a free relay return like on most other sites. Personally, this discourages me from recommending!

Concerning paid returns, unfortunately this is a service we can't offer, unlike the big players on the web. As independent designers, we don't have access to their delivery rates, and we can't offer delivery and returns. So we've chosen to offer delivery and let the customer pay for a return in the event of a size error, for example. If it's a mistake on our part, however, we'll pay for the return.

What's more, the stones are natural and colors can vary from one to another. However, if you are not satisfied with your jewel, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund.

Jewelry as pictured, it's really beautiful. Unfortunately it arrived a little damaged and the quality of the silver is questionable (it turns your fingers green, and is very, very easily damaged). I own 4 signet rings from different jewelry stores and have never had this kind of problem. Nevertheless, it remains one of the prettiest I own.

Hello, silver is a soft metal that is subject to knocks and scratches. Concerning the green on your finger, this is a reaction of your skin to the copper contained in the 925 silver (which can be accentuated by the heat in summer). This phenomenon fades and eventually disappears after a few days, when the thin layer of copper that has risen to the surface during melting disappears. Concerning the arrival of the damaged ring, we are surprised because they are all checked before leaving our workshop. I was not informed of the arrival of the parcel...It was returned to you within a day! It was a recommnde following a size error. I had made my first purchase last year, and was satisfied with it.
