The site is good; however, the delivery was dropped off at a relay point that was not even close to my home. This was changed at the last minute for an even more distant Point Poste: only to be unable to pick it up on Saturday because the post office was exceptionally closed... Give preference to Colissimo in the future!

Hello, after more than 10 years of experience in delivery unfortunately incidents happen with ALL carriers. The holiday season is a tense time and problems multiply mechanically, but unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it.
