Although my order was "lost" just an email and very quickly contacted to repair the error, but too bad for a 1st order. It can happen... Person reactive on the phone and a little gift of apology, it's a pleasure! Jewelry meets my expectations, being forced to remove them every day I'm waiting to see the lifespan of the clasp with "ficelles", maybe the size, 1 cm less would have fit me better I think! But satisfied

Hello, for our part, we handed over the parcel to our carrier within the 24/48 hour time limit. However, it seems that there were several problems with the delivery. As you probably know, once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we can't do anything about it and we're dependent on their service.
