I have never eaten such poorly tasting Foie Gras and I have eaten a lot of it. It tastes and smells like simple coarse liver sausage. Unfortunately, my friends could not give a better judgment either. Sorry.

I cannot understand why they send the goods to a DHL drop-off point and not directly to the customer's address. Now one has to drive out specifically to pick up the goods. Furthermore, they send emails in French, even though they are dealing with German customers. This is absolutely unprofessional. If German companies want to do business in France, then they should address French customers in French, which is their mother tongue, and not in German. That's the subtle difference!!

The supplier GSL has only one delivery day, but did not provide a more specific time indication. One cannot stay home all day and wait. There are also personal appointments. In summary, the supplier was narrowly missed. There was no delivery card. He also did not leave the package with the neighbor or at the central reception, but took everything with him and possibly left it at the post office in Schwabing, which is far away. I drove there in the evening. Nobody knew anything. The newly scheduled delivery date with the post fell through. After a week and a half, the package was finally delivered. I hope that the goods, which of course are no longer refrigerated, are still good.

Hello Klaus, your delivery was made with FedEx Priority. You do not have to stay home all day; the delivery person usually comes a second time, or you can simply request a redelivery so that you do not have to pick up your package. You can also leave instructions to have the package delivered to a neighbor or caretaker. If you wish, we can also deliver with DHL. Unless I am mistaken, we have no support requests from you. Additionally, deliveries just before Christmas always take longer. The foie gras you ordered is canned and can be stored at room temperature for several years. They do not need to be refrigerated. The process fit perfectly. I wanted a selection of goose liver and some duck liver. What I received was almost all duck liver and 1 goose liver. The goose liver was too lightly seasoned for me and had too little foie gras flavor. I'm sorry.
