I'm sorry that DHL took an extra 1 working day to deliver the parcel. But I understand that you would have preferred to receive it on the agreed date. The period of intense cold in the North East of the United States has severely disrupted all DHL air traffic. My apologies again.

Extremely fast shipping! I have now ordered for the second time, both times everything has worked great. The second order I made on 24.12. - on 27.12. it arrived.
