There was mold on opening and a bad smell and color. We threw it away. Fortunately, there was a small jar of duck gift that we did like.

First class service, shame the prices have increased so much.

Response from Foie Gras Gourmet
Thanks Mark for your feedback! Prices have indeed been raised due to an increase in product and shipping costs. We're sorry about that, those prices hadn't been changed in over 5 years. We yet have created many new bundles that offer discounts up to 24% off.

At the moment the parcel is stuck in customs. If nothing happens I'll ask for my money back.

Response from Foie Gras Gourmet
Hello Peter, unfortunately we're not responsible for the vagaries of customs but, in any case, we do refund packages that couldn't be delivered, as promised on our site. We hope that your parcel will soon be unblocked, otherwise come back to us for a refund. Thank you for your patience, the Foie Gras Gourmet team

As far as the current order is concerned, it's ok. But for the previous order, at Christmas time, the same recipient recently admitted to me that in the Christmas shipment, there was a jar of liver that was leaking and therefore damaged and destroyed.

Response from Foie Gras Gourmet
Hello, we attach a great deal of importance to packaging because we know that the parcel will be subjected to shocks during transport. We have had very few problems with damaged jars, but if this happens, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Best regards

All very well, the product, the transport, the little commercial touch to give an extra foie... But I find that all foies gras deserve to be spicier in flavor. Condiments

Response from Foie Gras Gourmet
Thank you very much for your feedback. We have chosen to offer authentic foies gras (just foie gras, salt and pepper) to give everyone the freedom to add spices (a little more salt or pepper) or even chilli, or to accompany it with fig or onion jam.

package not delivered on time. Impossible to check delivery as dhl does not accept a fixed number.

I'm sorry that DHL took an extra 1 working day to deliver the parcel. But I understand that you would have preferred to receive it on the agreed date. The period of intense cold in the North East of the United States has severely disrupted all DHL air traffic. My apologies again.
