As far as the current order is concerned, it's ok. But for the previous order, at Christmas time, the same recipient recently admitted to me that in the Christmas shipment, there was a jar of liver that was leaking and therefore damaged and destroyed.

hello, i am surprised by your comment, and your comment. i think there should be foie gras in calvados, but adding alcohol is often a way to hide a lower quality foie gras. our foies gras contains only foie gras, salt and pepper. Only Espinet adds a very small amount of Armagnac, but that is very light, and their foie gras is excellent. And if you want to add a little calvados, nothing will stop you.

The parcel arrived very quickly. The contents are not exactly as requested! I think it's a shame that Foie gras gourmet doesn't give any explanation! A terrine of duck foie gras is offered to me, as compensation I suppose!

Hello Gisèle, thank you for your message. We are going through complicated times with very low stocks of foie gras. We have chosen to send the boxes even if one of the products is out of stock. As we state on our website: "It is very rare, but always possible, and even more so in the days leading up to Christmas, for a foie gras to be out of stock. In this case, we take the liberty of replacing it with a foie gras from another brand. Don't worry, we'll do everything we can to make sure you're always happy with the exchange." Sorry if this has inconvenienced you a little, but we obviously make sure that the customer is always happy with the exchange with foies gras of equal quality (excellent) and slightly larger quantities. I have not yet tasted the book products; my criticism is the delivery: phone call at 7 am and door knocked at 8 am! That's way too early! Happy holidays!

Pate very very fine. Delivery complicated. DHL requires you to be home from 8 to 5. They can't give a more specific time. I don't have phone, only internet. DHL requires phone. Have you tried Postal Service Express? Yours sincerely Niels Hammer
