I myself am originally from Lot. I am very satisfied with my order (product quality, shipping, tracking, and delivery). The icing on the cake was indeed the free shipping! We're talking about a saving of around €25! Keep it up to retain the customer!

I ordered too quickly without reading the weight properly. I have never bought foie gras sooo small! Now unfortunately I have no foie gras at home for the celebration :-(

Response from Foie Gras Gourmet
Hello Helia, the 120 g foie gras you selected is enough for 2-3 people, as requested. These are roughly the same amounts indicated by all brands. Please note that you have not yet paid for this order.

The order and delivery went quickly and smoothly. The goods are in my refrigerator waiting for the Christmas consumption, so I can't report anything about appearance, smell, consistency, and taste yet.

It took a few days longer for the shipment to arrive but not sure if it was the postal delivery service or the place that handles their shipment but this is also normally during this busy time of year before the Holidays. In any case, we are very satisfied with our service of responding back to me as soon as the shipment was found to be delayed as this is ‘excellent customer service’. Regarding your products, they are outstanding and will be ordering from you again in the very near futures. Once again, thank you for your outstanding customer service and your delicious products !
