I cannot understand why they send the goods to a DHL drop-off point and not directly to the customer's address. Now one has to drive out specifically to pick up the goods. Furthermore, they send emails in French, even though they are dealing with German customers. This is absolutely unprofessional. If German companies want to do business in France, then they should address French customers in French, which is their mother tongue, and not in German. That's the subtle difference!!

Maybe try something different such as goose, but as for duck foie gras there isn't much better on the market I'm afraid... appart from the Label Rouge.
