Thank you for your feedback. The elastics with balls are used to secure the cushion to the frame of your trampoline. Just pass them through the eyelets of your cushion using a pin provided with the cushion.

The order was placed by phone. Friendly, pleasant and good advice staff. The only "hic" is not the responsibility of France Trampoline but of the carrier DPD who never contacted me and left the packages in front of my gate in my absence. Fortunately, I wasn't away for the weekend. I expressed my "surprise" to them.

France Trampoline spontaneously decided to replace the jumping mat of a large trampoline due to the presence of a hole that appeared 3 months after the expiration of the legal 2-year warranty.
