Sir, Madam, we understand your message, as your order is blocked at the agency in Barcelona, waiting to be sent to the final delivery agency and then to your locality. However, as explained with customer service, due to local flooding around Valencia, your city is currently inaccessible for deliveries. We also find this problematic, but we must wait for the situation to normalize and for the carriers to obtain authorization to circulate again.
