The product listing is not clear enough regarding the presence or absence of the ladder in the sale price of the trampoline. It appeared in the situational photo of the trampoline and I therefore thought I would receive it. I was disappointed to find otherwise upon receiving my package. Otherwise, very efficient delivery, well-packaged parcel.

A person weighing 70kg tried it but when jumping the trampoline mat touches the ground and it's painful. I am disappointed for this reason as it was said to support up to 90kg! If there is a solution, please write to me.***

Hello, this fitness trampoline is designed for fitness exercises that require rather quick and sustained movements and is not to be used for high jumps with the support bar. Indeed, with 8mm elastics, it is possible to touch the ground. We plan to develop a second model with 10mm elastics for interested gyms. excellent trampoline that gives a real impression of solidity and dynamism. Now it remains to face the test of time. The safety net is very well designed and allows children to be safe. The assembly instructions are not very clear, especially regarding the sketches. It takes about 3 hours to assemble, but nothing very complicated. I was very satisfied with the delivery time. I therefore recommend purchasing from France Trampoline.
