Once the product was available and in stock, the sending and delivery were done quickly. When I contacted France Trampoline for information about the status of my order, I received very quick responses. Oval trampoline 4.30 of good quality with a very good bounce that allows our son to complete his club training at home. The assembly is ultimately quite simple.

The information provided for assembly is clear and very precise but must be followed scrupulously (video and guides). The different elements constituting the trampoline are of quality. Trampoline of poor quality, hook ripped off at the first jump, I had another one before that lasted 7 years outside all year without being covered, this one is already cracking, I do not recommend this product to anyone.

We will send you new steel carabiners so that this does not happen again and you can use the trampoline with complete peace of mind. Our safety net is very tight on the trampoline for safety reasons and must be properly installed. Does your net go all the way around the protective pad? Is it well distributed under the entire trampoline? Could you send us a global photo of your trampoline so that we can check your installation? We renew our apologies for this inconvenience.
