After studying several models from competitors, I chose France Trampoline for the quality of the materials indicated in the product sheet and after one week of use, I am delighted with my purchase and especially the children! Fast delivery in 72 hours and even though the delivery person did not call us to arrange an appointment as planned, the delivery was ultimately made the next day without additional costs. Very professional. Good advice over the phone. Excellent quality product compared to what can be found elsewhere. Fast delivery by carrier. One small issue: a part of the protective net attachment was broken upon arrival, but quick exchange after sending photos as proof. In short, nothing to complain about. Thank you very much. Hello, we take your comment into account and we apologize for this issue. Indeed, there is no installation manual for the protection cushion ordered alone. I appreciated the professionalism of this company, as well as the ease of contacting them. A small downside regarding a breakage after a storm, no commercial gesture on the high shipping costs when for me the fault was indeed shared.

This trampoline skirt is solid, practical with its pockets, easy to install. I was afraid it would be too small at first, as I couldn't close it. But after readjusting each strap (don't hesitate to redo it several times to stretch the fabric well), it's perfect. The 3.60m model fits perfectly for my 3.65m trampoline, purchased from another sports store. Additional positive mention for responding to my question about compatibility between this skirt and my trampoline very quickly.
