Hello, We have read your comment but we do not understand it. We tried to contact you to get more explanations but unfortunately without success. Our protective cushions simply sit on the trampoline and cover all the springs and the steel frame as well. They are then attached with bungee cords to the frame. I must say that although I usually don't like to buy online without seeing the product first, the treatment received by phone was nothing to envy compared to what I could have in person at a large store. After receiving the trampoline, I am also very satisfied with the quality of the product, nothing compared to what I have seen in other stores. That's why, a 10.

The trampoline is really of good quality. The assembly went perfectly. Call to customer service for additional information: impeccable quality of commercial service, available, nothing to complain about. The quality will be seen in use but for now we are fully satisfied. It is already rare to have an assembly where everything fits perfectly, it is for me a guarantee of quality.
