Protection mat too small, barely covers the springs. The net closure system (velcro) is impractical and far from being as ergonomic as a rack. For the rest, the material is of good quality.

Excellent commercial treatment, spectacular quality in relation to the price I paid. The only thing I miss is not being able to exchange it for a larger one and pay the difference, but with common sense, they kindly told me that there is no possibility of repurchase. My daughter is delighted, but when we parents use it, with the 2.5-meter one, it is just right. Maybe one that is one meter more, which fits on my terrace, would be better.

Perfect.... super nice product and very good quality. Quick and efficient phone response. Delivery without delay, and very friendly delivery person. Remarks without consequences: extend the assembly time on the instructions...(otherwise you feel very useless at DIY...) and mention on the site that the ladders are compatible with the new trampolines like the Hip Hop... Super fast delivery, very friendly customer service, quality trampoline, pure happiness for my 4-year-old daughter. Assembly with 2 people in two small hours. If I had to make a small complaint, the assembly instructions are sometimes a bit light, but nothing insurmountable.
