Everything is fine on this site. Point to improve: the tracking of the package which is non-existent. Between the shipping date and reception, it's nothingness. Aside from that, everything is fine.

I placed my order by phone quite close to my grandson's birthday. Everything was done to be delivered on time. The assembly of the trampoline with several people went well because the instructions are clear. I was consulting your site for the first time; it provided me with the expected information. When I placed the order by phone, I received clear additional information. The people were very friendly and efficient. Suggestion: try to put an assembly model online. This could also be a selling point as the future buyer will notice a clear instruction manual, and they will have an idea of the assembly before their purchase. (if the assembly instructions do not exist on your site).

Accessible, welcoming interlocutors who clearly answer questions. Nowadays we appreciate it because it's a rare commodity!

A simpler layout and more precise photos regarding the products

I didn't have any particular issues, ordered Monday afternoon, received Friday noon, respectable delay, the carrier called me the day before to inform me of the delivery, that's good, maybe an improvement on the time or a time slot for delivery rather than saying morning or afternoon. This may be difficult but it would be a plus and we wouldn't be blocked. No issues with the order, 15% discount (facebook) perfect, customer service reachable and competent, Ms. *** kind and friendly and who responds quickly by phone and email, continue in this direction, customers will continue to trust you. The website is impeccable, very well done, the descriptions are clear. I recommend France Trampoline to future buyers.

Excellent service, correct indication of items on the net. The choice is simplified and well guided. Delivery on time. A sheet indicating the contents of the delivered package would be very useful. I did not receive a phone call or message from the carrier to inform me of their passage. But that's a small detail, thank you.

Our star rating could be better but we are waiting for the delivery of the trampoline.

The delivery is fast but not very flexible on the time slot, between 11 am and 3 pm which blocks the day. Maybe the purchase of a tarp for winter, accessories...

I am very satisfied with the quality of the material. The anchoring system is still difficult to place...! Shouldn't we change the screw and give it more of a corkscrew shape (endless screw)? I think it would be easier to place. Best regards, Olivier MANIL

Hello, We are satisfied with our order. Just a little note to mention that the carrier took time to deliver and we were not contacted to agree on a delivery time...

We are very satisfied with the product and its quality (small downside for the manual which, if you are not handy, can be misleading). The delivery went very well and nothing was damaged. We also ordered the protective cover and the anchoring kit. The cover had a strap that came loose on the second day of use. I called customer service on 18/05 who requested photos by email. The message was read and a response was given to me on 22/05 and I received the new cover on 25/05: so nothing to complain about. Bravo to all of you and see you soon for the igloo tent.

I would return to this site to possibly buy a trampoline when ours is in good condition...

Difficult to find a comment to make to you. The announced deadlines were respected to the day, the carrier contacted us as planned, the package was in good condition. Regarding the assembly, no nervous breakdown, just read the manual, I dreaded the installation of the springs, no problem, no damage or injuries! Our daughter tested her new toy right away, for the first day, everything went well, she is delighted, the structure seems very solid, that's what we were looking for, a safe product. PS: we should have taken the ladder, but well, we'll see later!
