The only downside is that only after payment do you learn that there is a stock shortage, and that the delay exceeds 15 days. This is well compensated after a phone call, where it is immediately proposed to refund if the delay is too long (in this case, a birthday gift, on a precise date!). The purchase is therefore maintained, and the delay is in progress.

Even though I have not yet received the trampoline for our holiday home, I am very happy with the personalized customer service received by phone. Bravo! It is very refreshing not to be an anonymous internet customer. The only thing I would suggest regarding your website would be to include more photos with small and large children on the trampolines with the diameters of the trampolines clearly written so that one can judge from a distance the size to choose; even if it is difficult, try to take photos in 'normal' gardens, i.e. not in parks in the countryside because once again, it is not easy to realize the size of the trampoline.
