Good ability to supply spare parts (in this case a trampoline mat). BUT: when ordering, I was told delivery within 5 days. Once the order was placed (and paid), I received an email saying 'in restocking' without any indication of a provisional delivery date! Then, good surprise, a few days later an email announces that the package is being prepared. Couldn't this delay have been indicated to me at the time of the order?

The parts provided by the after-sales service do not fit well with the old model of trampoline. The springs had to be forced into the arches, the cap of the net pole does not have the same diameter as the pole at all.
