Attentive and present team, delivery without problems, product meets expectations.

France trampoline: very good service, very responsive. Regarding the delivery company: quality was more than average. Appointment made on Monday morning: waited all morning. We learned after making the effort to call that the temporary delivery person did not show up. The least they could have done was call us to avoid wasting a day. The next day, the delivery scheduled for the afternoon arrived at noon. The delivery person was not aware, and we were lucky to be present as we had other obligations.

Very good contact. I was even called back to verify the dimensions of my trampoline. The only downside is the delivery. Everything arrived well and on time but the packaging of my jumping mat was a bit light, and thus mishandled by the delivery people. Package needs reinforcement....

The order was processed quite quickly but I had to inquire to know that it had arrived in my department, which means a final delivery time of 5 working days and not three. Moreover, the ladder and the trampoline foot mentioned in the order were missing!

Clear site, explanations okay but I ordered about ten days ago and it would be good to be able to track the order in real-time and know when the delivery will take place or at least the deadline, even approximate.

Very good investment this trampoline, super quality, follow the assembly instructions well otherwise it quickly becomes annoying, however the transport service leaves much to be desired (operators difficult to reach, poor communication of information, expect to be at your door all day!!)

Bottom attachments (safety net) a bit weak. Pinching the rods for embedding in the structure is not easy with the provided tool. I extended the handles with two iron tubes. However, this trampoline is very attractive due to its original shape. The position of the safety net is a plus as it offers greater jumping flexibility.

It's a shame that we can't exchange or change when the product doesn't fit because that just happened to me. The product I ordered doesn't fit. Attention the mistake is mine, I took the dimensions wrong, I realized it before installing it but it was too late, but well, the product is left on my hands. So don't do like me, take the measurements well before confirming the order because not all products are exchangeable or refundable, too bad!!!!

No problem except that I did not receive an invoice. For the manual, step 2 of the Oxygen guide can mislead regarding the positioning of the spring holes and the fixing holes of the foot connection tubes. The drawing of the holes on the diagrams would facilitate understanding.

The site is well done, the Facebook animation is great, the delivery times are very good 48h. The only downside is that I ordered a product that was out of stock, but this was well indicated at the time of order and the restocking time was well respected (one week). The best product, very good, very solid, the protections around the jumping mat are very good and the poles of the net go down to the ground, the net with arch remains taut. Pure happiness.

Hello, I am very satisfied with the trampoline, however regarding the delivery, it is more than bad. I received a call the day before telling me that I would be delivered the next day between 2 PM and 4 PM, so I stayed at home. At 5 PM, seeing no one arrive, I called. The person on the line had the carrier on the line who was in Caudry, about 15 km from my home, and that I was his last delivery. So I waited until 8 PM and no one came, not a call, no email, etc. I called the next morning and no one could inform me. I called back early in the afternoon and was told that the delivery person was in my street. I could have not been at home since I was waiting for him the day before between 2 PM and 4 PM. He dropped off my package without further explanation. I wanted to inform you about this. Best regards.

The service is very good. The only downside is that the shipping is a bit expensive.
