The jumping mat for the trampoline seems to be good but given the price, I thought the springs would be included! Disappointment upon opening the package, that's why I won't give more stars.

Trampoline delivered damaged: two twisted and crushed structure bars. Called customer service, but no technician available, just a salesperson asking me to call back later. I had to redo the two structure bars myself with a mallet, grinder, and metal drill..

Fantastic equipment like in the gym, fast delivery and without damage. However, assembly is tedious and two pieces were missing. The after-sales service sent me the missing pieces quickly but they were not identical to those they replaced. I am satisfied and recommend the brand and online purchase.

In some places, the blue and green paint is damaged. We are afraid that over time, it will rust. The instructions are not very clear on which side to put the washer (bolt side or nut side?)

Very good phone exchange, quick and serious order. The material seems to be of quality. We will have to see how it holds up over time, the only downside is that one of the screws to fix it to the ground broke even though it was not fully inserted, for the others, everything went well.

For spare parts for trampolines, the price is really too high, and the relative satisfaction mainly comes from the packaging. Too much plastic to throw away when it could be replaced by cardboard or paper and in a smaller volume... For the rest, the trampoline is great, an excellent investment for the children, and of very good quality.

The package is delivered on an unsuitable pallet. The boxes stick out a lot and are therefore damaged upon receipt, fortunately nothing is at risk inside. As for the product, it seems to be of very good quality. However, the elastics used to hold the safety net are already broken after a fall... a bit disappointing at this price...

The last order does not fit our trampoline because apparently your mats do not match the size!!! Moreover, the ad suggests that the tarps are delivered with the springs, unfortunately this is not the case! We can no longer use our trampoline since the last delivery.
