Hello, I am very satisfied with the quality of the Jump'up trampoline I chose. The purchase and delivery went well and the people I was able to contact for the latter were very friendly. I still have a criticism to make about the quality of the assembly manual, it is not up to the level of the product. I searched the site to see if a manual was online but I found nothing. Example: no indication on the assembly direction of the safety net, the opening to enter the trampoline must have the Velcro inside and the hooks outside, I realized this at the end and of course it was upside down. The detail of assembling the cover on the safety net posts was missing. In one image, the cover is seen inside the upper hook but by following the assembly diagram, it is found outside.

Two small criticisms on the support posts of the safety net: the coverings of the posts are not waterproof (these coverings will remain damp, become dirty and oxidize the posts) and the plastic hooks of the net are difficult to engage around the top of the net and the stiffening rod.

Delivery times more than perfect! But a bit expensive as a result... Beautiful quality of the reserved product.

Purchase in March 2012... Today at the end of August 2012... and after long sessions ... the product remains in very good condition despite the various and multiple uses by the children.... I think I will take it apart for the winter.... but otherwise the net and the jumping mat hold up well. Just a note... now the springs are starting to make noise... I think playing on it with the water jet might be the cause. A good product that I recommend.

Good quality material, well designed. Delivery appointment too long from 9am to 2pm. Delivery person came within the announced time but was unpleasant, aggressive, refused to place the very heavy packages further than the gate limit claiming there was no access when it was false, aggressive when we disagreed. Several packages were damaged and opened during delivery, metal rods were partially sticking out, the packaging barely holding, so reception under reserves.

It's a pity that the maximum weight of the Ovalie 430 trampoline is only 120kg. 200kg would be preferable. Moreover, the weight indicated on the packaging (100kg) does not correspond to the actual weight of 120kg. Very high availability and competence of the France Trampoline staff on the phone. However, I have a major reservation about the delivery of a small package that was shipped at a later time: the carrier Exapaq is not at all suitable for individuals. They come without notifying the recipient, and it is impossible to take a more precise delivery slot than the day. Moreover, the address of the Exapaq depot I depend on is unknown to GPS, websites, and other city maps, not to mention the access plan available on the Exapaq site which is incorrect! Hello, the quality of the items is very good, but I really had big problems with the delivery. Delivery day not respected despite a phone call from the carrier to confirm the delivery. Then, I had to call to get a second delivery appointment that has still not been respected. Big anger because I lost 2 days of vacation waiting in vain for the package and finally a delivery... For now, I remain really on the negative side... Too bad!!!

TRAMPOLINE OF VERY GOOD QUALITY. KIDS LOVE IT AND SO DO THE ADULTS...! The only downside is that the arch that holds the net tends to come apart when trying to put the net in place but it's just a detail compared to the quality of the product.. fast delivery in 3 DAYS and complete I fully recommend this site to any potential buyer with eyes closed....

The box arrived very damaged on a broken pallet; the first impression was therefore not necessarily very good; however, no damage to the product; The product seems to be of very good quality; to be seen in use... :-) So in the end I am satisfied with the product and service rendered.
