Service not effective, delivered outside the announced times

Delivery: torn box, big scare but ultimately everything went well during assembly. Material: everything seems to be of good quality, just change the strap system for the ground attachment. Follow-up: from my phone call, very good interlocutor who took my remarks into account (delivery 📦). Just a bit disappointed to have seen that shortly after my order, many trampolines were on sale, 20% which still represents a nice amount. With my misadventures, I would have appreciated at least a voucher to order accessories for the children on the site.

Upon receipt of the goods, some tightening bolts were missing. Despite our call to customer service, we were not contacted. At the price of the product, the follow-up does not meet expectations.

The order went very well, the delivery times impeccable. Product that meets our expectations, however very difficult to assemble and yet done by DIY enthusiasts!

I ordered a net because the other was ruined but it was a bit tight in size. Because we cannot completely go around, it is very unfortunate!!!

Delivery as expected. Assembly a bit complicated, the manual could be improved in the description. However, during the assembly of the tent, there was a missing elastic to be able to attach it to one of the climbing holds. Exact number of screws, work... one more would have been nice. Good quality materials

Hello, we are very happy with the octopulse trampoline, however our net is torn, we had to buy a new one, we found the price excessive and the quality lesser.

During the reassembly of our jump up 360 trampoline, we lost a plastic spacer that serves as a link between the posts and the feet. We had to buy a set of 16 complete brackets when we only needed one piece (by the way, we have since found the lost spacer!) Ecologically and financially, it is absurd not to be able to buy a common piece separately that is also common to many France trampoline models. Given the quite high price of your models, it would probably be wise to provide 2 or 3 extra accessories in case of loss, as large furniture brands do, which avoids a lot of after-sales service. We received the package 10 days after the order, the post does have delays but it seems to me that it was a private provider.

For the order of spare parts, it is sometimes difficult to find the right reference because the trampoline manual does not specify the exact reference of the product (generic manual for a range of different products).

Good product but the size of the tent does not match the rest. Exchange made but delay one week.

Clear site, fast delivery. The trampoline seems to be of quality. I still rate 4/5 and not 5/5 for the assembly part: what a hassle to succeed in assembling the pieces (legs), and on the springs if like me you make a mistake at one point by putting 'Monday on Tuesday' good luck to disassemble and go back! I thought the veins in my forehead were going to explode. Once assembled, nothing to report, the kids are delighted that's the main thing.

Initially, an ordering error on my part. But then, the diameter of the additional elements sent to me did not match. We had to fiddle a bit because the kids were impatient to use the trampoline.
